Maintenance starts with what the driver finds
Most fleet maintenance software starts in the office, with schedules and spreadsheets. The trouble usually starts in the yard: a driver notices something at 5 AM and the shop does not hear about it until the truck is already down.
Fleet Condition Control connects the two. The driver's daily inspection feeds the shop's work order board, unsafe trucks are red tagged out of service, and PM and annual inspections are flagged as they come due, so you fix things before they become a breakdown.

What does a fleet maintenance app do?
It keeps track of the condition of every truck and what needs fixing. In Fleet Condition Control, daily driver inspections report defects, defects become work orders for the shop, unsafe trucks are red tagged out of service, and PM and annual inspections are flagged as they come due.
Does it track preventive maintenance and annual inspections?
Yes. It shows when PM service and annual inspections are coming due, on the driver's pre-trip screen and on the shop's work order board.
Can it handle more than one shop or location?
Yes. Plants, yards and shops each have their own trucks, people and work. Each shop only sees the truck types it services, at its own locations.
What kinds of trucks does it handle?
Concrete mixers, dump trucks, tractors and trailers, including tankers, each with its own inspection checklist.
Can we get our records out?
Yes. You can export your people, trucks and records to Excel at any time.
